All orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days from the moment you place the order. Packages shipped from our USA warehouses will be shipped through USPS. Packages shipped from warehouses based outside of the USA will be shipped by ePacket or through EMS/DHL/UPS/FED EX, depending on the package weight, size, and location. If you ordered two or more items, our usual practice is to send packages separately, in order to avoid potential tax problems that could affect you. That being said, do not panic if you only get one of the products you ordered – the rest is on its way to you. As we mentioned, that is our established practice that suits our customers the most, our customers know it, and are used to it.
Our max delivery time is 45 business days from the moment we have processed your order ( our processing time is 2 – 5 business days ). If the order has not arrived at your home address within 45 business days, you will get a full refund, no questions asked.
